Due to the digital nature of audiobooks, all sales are final, except where a refund is granted under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in cases of verified technical issues, including:

– Corrupted or incomplete audio files
– Download failures caused by system errors

 Conditions

– Refund requests must be submitted within  3 days of purchase
– Proof of the technical issue may be required

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

– Change of mind
– Incompatibility with user devices or software
– Failure to listen after successful download

Refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of RIIDMi.
